- Qualified Executive Coach (Post Graduate Certificate at Distinction level from Nottingham Trent University with over 8 years experience coaching individuals & developing & leading organisational coaching programmes both in education & non education settings.
- Industrial experience as a retail manager
- Awarded distinction in the Guardian Teaching Awards & a leadership award from the D&T Association
