Coles Sewing Centre, Nottingham

This venue is mostly used for the textiles courses that are run, including The D&T Roadshow that has a textiles focus. It is just a few minutes walk from the centre of town and on the edge of the famous Lace Market area of town. Downstairs there is a fabulous large sewing shop and upstairs there’s a hidden gem with 3 large teaching spaces all fully equipped with sewing machines and other textiles equipment. Some whole D&T courses are also run here because the venue has a great dedicated ICT suite fully equipped with lots of computers as well as space for hardware and other resources. The venue is about 15 minutes walk from the train station or a short hop on the tram which you catch from the station. There is also well priced parking opposite the venue.
